Four Ginger and Lemon Drinks to Sip Daily
Ginger and lemon are a classic pair. These four drinks each take about five minutes.

Why they go together
Ginger is spicy and warming, and lemon is bright and fresh. Both appear in BreathiZen, which makes them fun to try in your own kitchen.
The four drinks
- Honey mug. Steep four thin ginger slices in hot water for five minutes, then add lemon juice and a spoon of honey.
- Sparkling cooler. Top cold ginger tea with sparkling water, ice and a lemon wheel.
- Warm lemon water. Squeeze half a lemon into a mug of warm water and drop in one ginger coin.
- Fridge jug. Slice ginger and lemon into a jug of water and chill for a few hours.
Build a ritual
A warm mug in the evening makes a handy cue. Spray BreathiZen afterwards and you have a calm two-step habit.*
Stock up easily
Fresh ginger lasts for weeks in the fridge, and a lemon on the counter is always ready. Curious about the lead herb? Read about mullein.
